Who is sent to my house to do the work?

A Statewide Trade Services tradesperson will arrive at your home wearing a uniform and equipped with their own tools. All of our employees are licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring they are skilled and experienced for your projects. Each worker will also wear a Statewide Trade Services name badge, which they can present upon request. Rest assured that all of our team members have undergone police checks and comprehensive training, so you can have confidence in their professionalism and integrity. Can I get a free quote for my job?

Yes, all quotes are free of charge and you can either call us direct on 8250 7474 and arrange an appointment or fill in our online quote form

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payments exclusively via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and PayID.

PayID: Send instant payments using our registered business identifier (ABN).
EFT / Bank Transfer: Transfer directly from your bank account using our traditional BSB and Account Number.

Why do you no longer accept credit card payments?

To protect our customers from rising costs. Following recent government changes to card surcharging rules, commercial banks continue to levy high transaction fees on businesses. Rather than passing these extra surcharges or card processing costs on to you in the form of higher prices, we elected to remove credit card payments entirely. Moving to direct bank transfers allows us to keep our operating costs low and maintain our competitive pricing.
